Now let's see if I have this straight. The officially sanctioned China Unicom deal is on hold (maybe) while the officially unsanctioned (we told them to stop but they just won't listened) PLA carriers are "full steam ahead". Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing? Or is this some elaborate Chinese shell game to confuse the "foreign devils"? Maybe just competing internal factions? Who's on first?
