Question for the board... I've got a serious position (at least for me) in the 2002 GBLX LEAPS calls. IF... and I stress IF GBLX was bought out before Jan. 2002, what happens to those options? Would they transfer into an option on the acquiring company, or what? Any enlightenment would be appreciated... DWB Q2.5K/Y2K+5 <---Q=QCOM

Dear Robert: I agree with you, STINKS, no way am I interested in holding GT stock. I also had felt this was going to be a grand slam. $95 would be way too low for me to be happy and I am in at $33. Plus, whatever is offered likely would have to go through a long regulatory review thus capping the stock likely at a significant discount from the offer. During that time the DT stock likely would drop also. They, IMHO do not offer nearly the growth possabilities of GBLX. JDN

I have heard from several sources that an offer two months ago for $95 was rejected by GBLX . . . do not know who made the overture, but I would hope we see better than the $95 if my dream has to come to an end. I hope they rejected a stinko $95 offer: i want more than twice that amount in 12 months. This has me confused (Who's on first? What's the name of the guy on second?) : globalcrossing.com BTW, there is a link to the PR about the Global Centre spin off, but it point to the wrong release !!!!!!!! I want a CC before the open
