Yeah, yeah, and if Reagan had had his way, he would have balanced the budget. It says there right on his home page, along with a bunch of preposterous numbers. Facts are stupid things, as the old man said.

If Clinton had had his way ... You seem to critisize the farmer because he doesn't personally lay the eggs. Do you really think these great accomplishments would have happend under a continuation of the Bush Sr. Presidency or a Dole incompetency.. I mean incumbancy? The Republicans would have spent all their time slashing the federal income while borrowing for more pork. There would be longer debates on the manditory school prayers than there would be on social security. If those congressmen accomplished anything, it was because President William Jefferson Clinton wouldn't let their B-S get by and they knew they would have to work for their paychecks. TP
