I am long COMS and holding. So please don't flame me for this... My only point is that the 1:1.5 distribution ratio is something that WE INFERRED. There has not been an official statement to that effect. Granted our logic seems solid (given the number of shares outstanding for the two companies, etc.) but until an official statement is released regarding this issue the market will not know how to value these companies. If there has been an official statement please send me a link. Given the enormous traffic here lately I might have missed it. Who was that guy that had the Excel spreadsheet equation for the arbitrage between PALM and COMS? Comments welcome, long COMS, Terrapin
