NPLS +31%. Opening 43 7/16 and closing 55 5/32. We did not have many earnings plays on a sparse week, but what we did have (QLTI, COMS, NPLS) were among the best. You DO NOT have to hold any earnings play through earnings, COMS, CLEC, QLTI, NPLS were good either right before and right after. In fact unfortunately it is the stockholders who were loyal and held through earnings from before that actually lost (i.e. NSIL) There is no place for loyalty in the market. If there is a doubt get out and get back in. Occasionally like a GLGC and ABSC you might lose a little, but you could always catch up (i.e HTEK, MCKC,PARS, REGN) on the second ride up. A technically strong stock with accelerating earnings will ALWAYS give you a second and third chance. Just make sure you know how the earnings turned out.

Watch List for March 1, 2000 and called.

NPLS , and QLTI have performed well.. the nice surprise was COMS, as this earnings play had probably the highest one day move in quite some time, if not the most ever for one day.. 29th was good for all except 4 which was not much of a 'favorite'..
