This is such a perfect situation right now its ridiculous.

I'm going to detail it right now just for the pure joy of analysis, who cares if I'm letting the cat out of the bag, the more the merrier, you all owe me one..

Why? (Shorts don't get nervous) Here's why:

1) There is a penant formation being completed right now. So that's people buying back and forth, highs and lows, but buying less and less, slowly reducing volume, because they're sick of battling with each other for no rise in price. So what happens then? Does the stock flatline and not go up or down forever and that's it? No. It continues in the same direction as it was heading before the penant formation. Which way was that for ESPI? Up. And if there's good news to report, there's no question it'll go up, which brings us to #2.

2) Because we're at the end of this formation, this earnings report could say ANYTHING and it will be good for ESPI. Just the fact that they're having an earnings report and everything is normal is great news as it is, but lots of people are saying its going to be a positive report.

So we have a beautiful penant formation about to finish just as good earnings news is announced. Perfect.

I'd say buy around 12.25 if you can tomorrow and wait a week or two... POP!!

IMHO, of course!!

GO ESPI, good luck to you all

I own 20,000 shares which I purchased recently at a 12 1/4 average. Yes, this is a buy-out candidate and at some point they will be acquired. However, even without a buy-out, this stock should be trading in the mid twenties. My sources suggest that they have truly turned the corner and wallstreet will begin to realize that this is one of the most undervalued CLEC's (ICP)in the industry now.

I have done a tremendous amount of DD on this company which was first brought to me by an executive of another CLEC who really is high on ESPI. Buy on any dips!
