Hi Alok:

i am afraid I do not know when the shares are going to be distributed. I heard it will be sometime toward the end of 2000/early 2001.

As for the stock itself, dont be surprised if it gets to $85-$90/shr (or a market cap of only $18 billion) by the years end. Informix is where Oracle was back in late 1997 before it took off because of its strategic move to position itself as an internet company rather than the same old database vendor.
