10 New District Franchises Sold, New Start Page Feature, SEC Receipt of SB-2

Since the launch of the Indexonly.com Business Search Directory, our Regional Operators throughout Canada have been successful in selling 10 District Licenses. In total we have sold nineteen franchises in just the past 75 days, which is establishing an incredibly fast pace for any new franchise company. For your information, each District License sells for $8,000.

For users of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 browsers we have a new feature that will allow existing and new users to our Search Directory to locate our website "Start Page" easier. This new feature places our Indexonly.com logo next to our name in your list of "favorite" Internet website addresses. It is an easy 1-minute exercise to install this new feature. Once you are on our "Start Page" (the first Indexonly.com page you see) click on the word "Favorites" on the top bar of your browser. Then click "Add to Favorites" and then click "OK". Now when you click on "Favorites" on your browser you will see the Indexonly.com name next to our icon.

If you use a Netscape browser, then once you are on our "Start Page" (the first Indexonly.com page you see) click on "Bookmarks" on the browser and then click "Add Bookmark". Now when you click on "Bookmarks" you will see Indexonly.com (without the icon). This is a good way to keep the Internet's fastest and most relevant business Search Directory at your fingertips.

As mentioned in our last Corporate Update (March 7th, 2000) the SB-2 has been submitted to the SEC. Subsequent to that, the SEC acknowledged receipt of the document, and the full document can be viewed with an EDGAR search on the SEC Website at www.sec.gov.

Yours truly,
