John T.: Interesting story. However, I personally think those people were stealing, if not by the letter of the law, then in spirit. I personally wouldn't feel good about buying gas @ 14.9&c per gal., since I would strongly suspect it was a pricing mistake. But OTOH, ever since the Exxon Valdez dumped all that crude into the pristine Prince William Sound a few years back, I doubt anyone is going to be sympathetic towards Exxon selling gas @ .149 by mistake.
