I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the good Mr. Wexler to provide "proof" of illegal activities and/or fraud. I would strongly suspect he lacks the aforesaid "proof". I have been a holder of another one of his "frauds" (specifically Valence Technology) for over two years. Over that time frame, he repeated stated that the stock was a fraud, would soon trade at zero, that management was a bunch of crooks, etc, etc, etc. Not once during that time span did he provide one ioata of factual proof to back his claim. His idea of "proof" is merely to restate his charges again and again. In that regard he is quite similar to the leaders of Nazi Germany (i.e., if you tell a big enough lie often enough, sooner or later people will start to believe it.) So don't hold your breath waithing for Wee Willie to provide "proof".

BTW, yesterday Valence closed at $39.65625, considerably higher than the $7 level at which Willie was absolutely sure would be the ideal level to short the stock. Sure glad you covered, Willie; bet it got kind of expensive, didn't it?
