Well, a masters degree in accounting from a top ten accounting school isn't required to say that it is good business to collect your debts in full. Please, don't take it as an attack on Bush. It was poorly phrased by him, and that is the impression I was left with. And if his peons monitor this board, perhaps they may consider repositioning themselves towards a more drastic Contract With America kind of deal. A Fair Deal, even. Especially when you combine this with his statements on education. To support the statement that the federal government will attach strings to monies given to schools ala performance evaluations being justified by the explanation that it provides a method to provide a ROI measurement to the taxpayers on a personal level must be consistent. But to say that you owe me ten dollars and only want to repay me part of it is an insult.
