Glenn, have you read/heard about any dates for the issuance of the tracking stock and/or the Prism IPO? You make an excellent point about dvin being priced at $3.5b, when cdo is valued at less than $7b - with so many solid investments. Patience is the key. Thanks for your input.

has anyone seen an attempt to do a sum of the parts evaluation of the CDO ventures?

Your comparison to the CDO ventures to DVN would be most useful if someone had analysed the two and found them roughly equivalent. But without the comparison I am not sure of the relevance of the market cap expected for DVN vs CDO ventures.
