Gee, you sound sorta like my reef tank. Everything grows together, all you gotta do is add calcium. And strontium, and all sorts of good junk.

I'll bet if we bathed you in actinic light and grew coralline algae on your hip you'd heal quicker. Just a thought.

As I told you, main squeeze had the same surgery. It took a while, but he is feeling today no pain and better than he had felt in years. Hang in there because it's really worth it!

The recovery period is not anyone's idea of fun and you are not a bit wimpy to find the pain difficult. It is difficult and miserable. However, I can tell you that I can see the difference in main squeeze's face now: The pain lines are gone and he walks with pleasure. It had been years of growing pain. Now he smiles when he walks.

So will you, dear. Hold onto that thought through the recovery.
