You were right and I was wrong. K7 turned out to be a real MHz slouch. Rambus killed SDRAM. MXi was a huge success. Merced is kicking rear. K6 made us all rich. Willy really does run at 3 GHz. No more Cyrix processors. No more Rise processors. No more Winchip processors. K7 blew away PII integer scores.
