I have bad luck with RBC, Investorline and Etrade Canada.

Finally I switched to CharlesSwab Canada. It is better than my previous discount broker.. Check it out.. Pricing is actually cheaper than Investorline on high volume.

Also, I can actually get hold of someone within 3 min.. The web interface is not as desirable but it gives you real time quote list which I find very useful..

Good Luck.

I was thinking of moving to td for trading because investorline is so slow takes about 5 minutes after mrket opens to get to there sight if you can get it at all. and there reps don't pick up the phone takes about an hour to get through to anyone.

Ron,

I use investorline and bought some sgf this morning. It took 21 minutes for them to "approve" the order and then the order was filled at my limit. Also, when an order is pending approval it can not be changed or cancelled. Alot can happen in 21 minutes.
