A bus stops and two Italian men get on.

They sit down and engage in an animated conversation. The
lady sitting behind them ignores them at first, but her
attention is galvanized when she hears one of the men say the following:

"Emma come first. Den I come. Den two asses come
together. I come once-a-more. Two asses, they come
together again. I come again and pee twice. Then I
come one lasta time."

"You foul-mouthed swine, " retorted the lady
indignantly. "In this country we don't talk about our
sex lives in public!"

"Hey, coola down lady," said the man. "Who talkin'
abouta sexa? I'm a justa tellin' my frienda how to
spella 'Mississippi'.

Rich, don't know what news you cited, but you was WRONG.....

about MPTV....You wrote. "They also have a $53 mil agreement."

Well they put out their PR today re: their r/s

biz.yahoo.com

And this a sentence from that PR.

"..The Agreement will provide an estimated $8 Million Dollars as required to
finance operating expenses other than construction expenses..."

So lets do a little comparison.

-MPTV capital intensive
-Tsig.com not capital intensive

-MPTV getting money to keep operating.
-Tsig.com getting money well in excess of what it needs most likely for expansion

-MPTV getting $8mil which they already know they'll burn through
-Tsig.com getting $40 mill way in excess of their burn rate

Sounds like anyone comparing tsig's "restructing of existing market capitalization to reduce the number of shares outstanding" to the 20:1 r/s being done by MPTV is comparing Apples to Orangutans.
