Goldbug,

<<there're tons of happy infospace investors>>

I've only been in for a short time and I am already
a very happy investor. The more I learn about Infospace
and Naveen Jain the better I like it!

Glenda

I noticed this in the deluge of garbage that has been posted on this board in the past few days. Thought I would take a shot at putting it in proper perspective:

<<I calculate $ 857,080,935.00 of Insider Sales and/or planned sales in the Last 12 Months....>>

My information was taken from www.insidertrader.com

CURRENT O/S SHARES = 96.4M
INSIDERS OWN 49%
INSTITUTIONS OWN 48.5%

In the past 12 months insiders sales = 12.3M shares or 12.8%

Three qtrs. ago 62 institutions owned 25.6M shares or 26.6%

Current quarter 126 institutions own 46.8M shares or 48.5%

CONCLUSION:

INSIDERS SOLD 12.8% INSTITUTIONS BOUGHT 21.9%

Every share that was sold by an insider plus an additional
9.1% was grabbed up by the institutions.

That leaves a mere 2.5% of outstanding shares for the rest
of us.

My shares are not for sale!
