Starting a download of CyberTrader this weekend, finally. The frustration you have described is best avoided by using MyTrack only for position trades....with properly timed positions, yield 20pt moves, in this rising market. But time to move on , and let the Newbies be thrilled with the experience of "Trading Like A Pro" with MyTrack! They act and behave more for the bottom line and increased subscriber base, and have dragged their feet too much on these order execution issues. will leave some money at MyTrack for back-up purposes only, as soon as can expidite the transfer. HRZG has been the problem all along, and it is incredible to see how long it has taken them to fix the problem of cancellations & executions. Since November! Granted it has functioned better , but on the Net I am not forgiving if "promises" from a company, that throw out BS PR's about how many trades they do, and touts' themselves as a "traders dream"....yet take so many months to fix things. The one other thing that really turns me off is the sporadic access to acct positions and summaries. This totally blows my mind, that after months , they can't get this vital part of data delivered reliably. One needs to see that info right there , right in front of your eyes at all times ...and not hit the tab and have to wait each time for it to re-load------>sometimes up to 10 seconds! It's totally------> rinky-dink! Seems their ability to change is about as much in grid~lock as is there Order~entry screens are , on a fast moving issue. Amazing how much you have to fight just to change the price before entry on an IPO....Much too distracting all the time getting caught up in this all to frequent occurance. And the charts and graphics are rediculous. So,as Mama said: just shouldn't be like that! I have to thank HRZG for one thing---> making me a better position trader! ;-) Mars
