CCCZ huge gap up today. Interesting post by Topcat on the stockman forum. USA NETNOTES: From: Top Cat Subject: CCCZ LeRoy, Castello Casino Corp (US OTCBB) Closing Price (March 3/00): $0.575 (bid $0.575/ask $0.58) We have all been looking for plays that have the potential for a return on an investment of at least 5x, 10x or even more... CCCZ is one in the making which made a significant upward surge in price today... up $0.265 closing at $0.575 on very strong volume (1,491,200 shares)... CCCZ was brought to this forum well over a year ago by another person when there was a land-based casino being acquired but when the deal fell through, the price collapsed to pennies... only in December one could purchase CCCZ for less than $0.04... I averaged down at that point in the hopes that they would continue to explore opportunities and turn this play around... Press Releases from the company have been posted and when the price moved up into the $0.20 range at the end of December, it was mentioned as a stock to watch because the company had clearly stated that they were looking for a revenue generating private business to reverse merger into CCCZ... Well, it looks like something must be really close judging by the action today... the critical questions to be answered are, 1) when will a deal be announced and 2) how good is the deal... in a hot market like this, if they put a good deal in, it would be impossible to speculate how high the price could go (up is likely for sure)... if they continue to negotiate without a press release, the price could continue to move upwards or pull-back and consolidate (whatever happens, it will likely be very volatile for the next several days)... Purchases at $0.04 have already yielded a 14.8 multiple on money... In my opinion, penny OTCBB stocks in the US have been very explosive and can easily run into the $2, $3 and even $5 range... with a good business being acquired, sky is the limit right now... this is the first breakout day for CCCZ and if they land a deal, the price is likely going much, much higher... What are the risks.... this is a shell with no revenues, however, it is fully reporting, there is about 11M shares outstanding, and much of the float has been absorbed by speculators over the last three months of trading... and it is my understanding that the stock is tightly held by management and close friends who have the desire to find a viable business with revenues...
