If they had released news today, indicating that they had licensed 2331 for a given geography (or a secondary indication), then they'd be able to put an offering on the table at a share price that would garner several years of royalties.

Any number of variations on the theme would work too.

Two million shares at $50/share is a lot of royalties. This company is either very quietly bent on being munched, or this is just plain miserable "window" management.

Glad that those of you that stuck it out are doing well. It is a highly leveraged business plan.
