If you read the text of the distribution languange COMS is not required nor have they guaranteed a distribution. They reserve the right to alter the rules - so yes, there is disbelief. The day that EB or COMS BOD announces a distrbution for real COMS will move closer to a 1:1.5 distribtion with a reasonable amount of arbitrage. I think between the lose wording around the distribution and a belief that PALM will continue to slide is why COMS is trading where it is. I mean.. look - today the gap is narrowing already. PALM down 12, COMS up 4... still a long way to go but investors will buy COMS as PALM settles - so long at PALM settles above ... say $55-$60 (leaving room for arbitrage).
