CCCZ----Outstanding synopsis in this post from R.B. Some advice to all longs: I am a long timer.. 2 years, and holding. When the Casino deal fell apart for good last year, I spoke to Ross, and he indiciated his strong determination to NOT dissappoint his shareholders; he had filed with NASDAQ in the Spring of '99 to make sure they would be considered a regular reporting company, and, in October, after a breif visit to the pinks while waiting for NASDAQ to catch up on paperwork, they returned to the OTC:BB, where they belonged and are now. The shell plan was announced soon thereafter, and the stock began to appreciate, particularly in and after Dec/99. What has been said here about the small # of shares is true. There are 133m, and, to date, most of them are held by us investors (including insiders). The supply:demand ratio of this stock will bring artificially HIGH trading values to this stock, forcing the Market Makers to trade and manipulate the price range harder and with more volitility. This, I can virtually *guarantee*, so, if you have a weak stomache, and cant stand to watch your paper profits go just as easily as they come, you should act accordingly. This ride, IMO, will be quite rough and VERY scary. As for me, I will watch and wait for the whole mess to settle before I do anything. Reason? When it all is said and done, its the new company and the situation that they bring to the table that needs to be evaluated. If I sell now at say, $1, but this company is not only legit, but is only HALF as good as the potential of Ross's other venture, MMTI (deals with Allied Signal and Honeywell for testing 16 bit vesions of their exclusive Dynamic Ram.. now about $6/share and awaiting Nasdaq S.C. listing), then why sell so low, and throw away the enormous advantage of lower long term cap gains tax on even greater profits down the line from a legitimate company with true potential in earnings growth? Remember, it WILL get ugly. Guaranteed; just decide on your individual specific goals, and stick with them, whatever they are.. trading or investing. Best of luck to all.
