Jeez Cap, you didn't sell at $300. What are you waiting for. There are 9 months left in the year and by then RMBS will have chalked up about .90 in annual EPS. You think all these yahoos who don't even know the actualities of RMBS rev stream are going to hold all that time. Man, I was counting on you to score big - go out and buy a super yacht I could move for you. Well, if your gains evaporate let me know - I have some contacts in Angola looking for a supervisor for a combined vehicle-fishing fleet. Doesn't pay bad. Rich

to Rocky re: RMBS promotion
Thanks to Julie from the fool board.

Bonjour fellow passengers,

A bit of news from the French Front. This week, Monsieur Michel Dell, of www.dell.fr fame, has taken out full page color ads on the back cover of just about every French PC magazine there is.

Here's what the ads say (loose translation):

R is for SPEED

New RDRAM memory available NOW!*

Dimension XPS B600, Pentium III
128 Mo RDRAM for 8990 F

* D‚j… chez Dell in the original French.

Note: The price, under $1400, is on the cheap end for computers in France which normally tend to run 20-30% more expensive than the equivalent US configurations.

Vive le Bus! Cheers, Julie

PS: Dear Rambus shorts, Here is a French idiomatic expression that may come in handy over the next few weeks, months and years: C'est la vie...

<<ok,i'm long for a long time.this needs to be said. rmbs is going to stall until the companies using rdram start to promote it. been pc shopping lately. still-- nobody (salesmen, managers etc. )know nothing about it .they can't even pronounce it. the main oems should be sreaming about rmbs inside. it ain't happening. why? we should all be asking ourselves that. maybe us holders are still that early in the ramp up and all this promotin is going to happen soon. hope so. rocky>>
