Has anybody posted previously on the sudden ITEC de-listing? -- don't recall seeing anything about it until I happened across the info today. It's apparently now on the PINK SHEETS (went straight from a listed NAZ stock to the Pinks, no stopping at the OTC/BB along the way). Among other things, means there's no way to even get realtime quotes now (FYI, I don't have any. Thought about buying some when I suddenly saw the price below 1, until I found out WHY)...

Imaging Technologies to appeal Nasdaq delisting

SAN DIEGO, March 2 (Reuters) - Digital imaging solutions provider Imaging Technologies Corp. (NasdaqSC:ITEC - news) said Thursday it is appealing Nasdaq's decision to delist its stock, which the company learned about after the close of trading on Wednesday.

Imaging Technologies is working to quickly move its stock to the over-the-counter bulletin board, Chief Executive Officer Brian Bonar said in a statement.

He noted that Nasdaq's decision will not impact the company's daily business.

Shares of Imaging Technologies last traded at 2-19/32 on Wednesday, off their 52-week high of 3-3/16 but above their 52-week low of 3/32.
