One of the interesting little problems here is that they only have 50mm authorized. If they want to issue more, they have to take a shareholder vote, something they appear to be strangely reluctant to do.

There can't be any more shares out now than there were last year, as they already had issued all the shares authorized, and they haven't sought shareholder approval to issue more.
