CalPERS.

Same reason CalPERS remains shareholders of the companies within their portfolios...our initial interest was our investment in (NASDAQ:SWEBF)s sq.com leadership in a proprietary high gross margin product pipeline and emerging dominance of a burgeoning XML enabled Internet Subject 19994 [1.]...our interest is simply shareholder value pursuant to superior management and corporate governance(.)

*viz a viz calpers-governance.org and calpers-governance.org businessweek.com ... one of esecurities.com's corporate charters** is to be the CalPERS of microcaps.

I bought stock in SWEBF(NKCIF) because of the potential that existed in XML. This management completely blew that deal. Didn't have a clue.

What makes you think they know anything about kid's games, an arena that Richard Rabins has admitted is unfamiliar to him?

And I don't see anyone addressing the 19% ownership of Softquad by NKCIF. It's pretty obvious that something is fishy here or it would have been reflected in the stock price. Could it be that they don't have anything to do with Softquad anymore?
