haqihana, how sad - seems you learned foreign policy from the fundo broadcasting network. Someone had to turn the coca leaf into a usable product for baby bush. The "Rein of Terror" from Frm. Pres. Bush is so well documented he should be rotting in a jail cell. Regardless of which party is in power American foreign policy is so unsophisticated that is can be summed up with "Do what we tell you or we will beat the crap outta you" Sadam and Noreiga were good buddies of Pres. Bush - guess you forgot that.
