The PR mentioned in Janice's post probably accounts for the move from $1.25.

This PR accounts for the Feb 23 move from $2 to present $3 level.

What HITT may be seeing is the effect of putting out positive PRs to increase their stock price. I'm seeing more people speculating in OTCBB stocks than any time in 13 years. So many people are allegedly hitting 2-10 baggers that it is attracting some momentum players and daytraders. The theory is that they can time the exit and get out before any one else. Ultimate in cutthroat poker. People I speak with are supposedly gambling cash that can afford to lose vs. their life savings.
This thread is typical.

I've played the OTCBB area three time in the last six months and made money. I can see how someone could get addicted to chucking the reliable method of investing out the window when returns are 50% or higher when you are hot.
What is funny is that many buyers don't even care to visit the OTCBB thread that the stock is on. I've watched STFZF and CDDD/CFMD run over 100 times the 52wk low. People seems to want to hit a home run and get 100% returns in month. Meanwhile value stocks that are profitable are ignored. These are some strange times. reminds me of a hot crap table. People bet like fool when the table is hot since it is the house's money they are playing with.
