Getch. Yes. The receiving end of the demo is in the lucent booth. This demo supports Lucent's announcement that they will have HDR infrastructure available this summer. The demo itself was limited to receiving a Real Player vidio using wireless as transmitted from the QCOM booth. However, they did say that the vidio (off the net) was only running at apx 50K due to lmitations in the Real Player software. I saw the vidio and it looked OK---but I really don't id came close to testing the full bandwidth of HDR. So far 3 or four companies inc Hatachi, Lucent and a Korean company have announced availibilith of HDR. Interestingly, NORTEL has not announced.
