It's up to you L.P.s to get this thing moving. You have ownership in a machine that will process used waste motor oil into #2 deisel fuel suitable for powering semi tractors, heavy construction equipment, and railroad unit power. It's not running. Tell me what is to motivate me to lease tank cars and road access trackage, a tank truck to collect and dump and to go to the bank with a business plan if there is no where to send this crud? I think you L.P.s might want to consider a psychological evaluation of B.C.'s competence even if it means assigning leagal rep. There is something dreadfully wrong here. People are up in arms over the price of oil and there is no hope in sight to make this thing of yours operable. This is insanity. And, now is not a good time to worry about publishing financial reports. They've been excluded in the past and they are not needed now. What is needed is for that piece of crap in the front yard to start up and prove it has the capability to deliver what is claimed.
