They have fallen completely apart on OTC-BB trades. I have found it impossible to buy or sell for the last 2 weeks. I placed a market order to sell 2500 shares at 1:00 today. The bid size was 2500 shares. After 1 1/2 hours, they executed 3 trades for 200 shares, 200 shares and 400 shares. The other 1700 shares never sold, and this was a stock that traded 250,000 shares today. Does anyone know if they have the same obligation to execute properly sized market orders on OTC-BB stocks as they do on listed stocks?
