Stop gap answer ...

You can try this:

Open a DOS window and go to the favourites folder "CD \Windows\Favori~1". Once here, type "DIR *.URL /S" and see if this stuff fills your needs. If it does, type "DIR *.URL /S > FAVFILE.TXT" and you'll have a file containing the stuff you just saw. You can use Notepad to print this file.

P.S. Don't omit the spaces "DIR (space) *.URL (space) /S (space) > (space) FAVFILE.TXT".
