ILUM- nothing but smiles, and the funny thing is that these guys are the leaders in SS7, so when the Mkt really realizes this it will be that much nicer.

Illuminet Completes Acquisition of NTC OLYMPIA, Wash., Jul 5, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Illuminet Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:ILUM), today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of National Telemanagement Corp. (NTC), one of the largest prepaid wireless providers in the country. The transaction closed on June 30, 2000.
