I know you were just kidding..

Broker/friend held EMC until last week...He heard about EMC's mention in Tice's newsletter...He didn't like the stock (EMC) technically anymore...he sold..

Tice is not going out of business. He has been doing this (writing newsletter for subscribers) long enough that he knows what he can legally say (and not)..I doubt seriously that the SEC will do anything more than slap him on the wrist (at worst) One of the few things I agree with Tice on: Most analysts who tout stocks long on Wall Street.....are (often) much more egregious in their comments...but no one seems to be calling for these guys to get fined...

As a referance, My broker/friend was up 500% in his trading portfolio last year, and is up 50% so far this year...Since I've known him, he has never gotten a bit of information "mixed up"..

Hopefully, EMC will rebound next week....or at least show more relative strength against the major averages and its storage breathern..
