I just saw Hinderey interviewed on CNNfn. He said there are no talks going on with DT, but didn't comment on whether there had been. I was most surprised by his answer to a question on whether he would be interested in a buyout: he said he would do anything to enhance shareholder value. I think that was a clear invitation.
