Sorry, I will not be at the shareholders meeting. I have numerous pages of PM's that REW sent to different people last year and I know that a large number of those PM's were turned over to the SEC. You obviously do not have a clue as to what REW did last year. Although I did not hear the conversation, one of REW's telephone conversations was recorded. Why don't you ask REW what he said. You're probably better off not knowing. As far as the progress of the complaint, the SEC will not give out any information. You obviously are not aware of that either.
