Hey Maximum,

Thanks for the response. Yes, I can see that some may be wary of this stock considering how it's been manipulated over the past year. I also know from experience that short-sellers can be pretty obstinate about their position. Even after factoring out all the various convertibles and warrants that have been hedged, somebody is still short a ton on this one, but exactly who does not matter much to me. If you say you covered, then I cannot prove it otherwise. So be it.

The stock is in a holding pattern right now, with neither side of bid/ask acting very aggressively. It seems very clear there is an overhang on the industry now due to the VISX debacle. I believe LTK differentiates significantly from LASIK/PRK and as such can carve out a niche in the market. Doctors are interested in the machine and it is much more economical and safe than LASIK for treating hyperopia. It can also be used to correct a botched LASIK overcorrection. The big question for me is whether this procedure can be priced/marketed successfully to correct presbyopia. If so, it will be huge and I will be buying a lot more.

With the FDA approval pending, the company, as well as the stock, is very much in a quiet period right now. The company has the capital it needs to successfully complete the product rollout. Many will be interested in hearing about the size of the backlog of orders once FDA approval is obtained.

Regards,
Gary
