Jeff, Wasn't the weather unusually warm for that time of year? Maybe she wasn't hungry, just thirsty or wanted something cool. A buck would be enough to get a small drink. Maybe she was intercepted before she got there?
You commented...<<3. She had just been hosting a pizza dinner that ended around 8:30pm. Is it feasible she would be hungry again only an hour or two later?>>

You're missing at least one scenario here Jeff.

SJ went home after the Pizza Party. She may have had a call (remember calls can't be traced because of the switchboard)
She reluctantly agrees to meet caller(because she is tired) after she drops off the keys. See PS, has social conversation, states she's tired and just wants to go home. Drops off keys, walks through the gate and gets right into waiting car with the now killer.

This also fits with leaving the package in the lobby.
Fits with not allot of witnesses. Fits with time from gate to location of body.

Fits allot of things Jeff.

Give me the gotchas.
