Buying opportunity MMGR, ONHN, CARI to get a little ARB on HLTH at these bargain prices. How would wash rules apply if I bought MMGR yesterday morning, sold it at a loss this afternoon and bought CARI or ONHN?

The first sentence of the earnings press release proudly proclaims 113% year over year revenue growth; yet, on a per share basis (which is what shareholders ultimately care about), revenue actually fell over 4%. Can any HLTH bulls explain why this should not be a concern at this time? Thanks in advance.
