I'll do some research: Carderos latest press release: sedar.com Majority shareholder of Cardero "Ascots material change report" sedar.com Initial thoughts: $1.09 million CDN or 700,000US financing obtained from AOT-V for 3,333,333 shares of Carderos (43% ownership) add in warrants of 3,333,333 for 67% ownership. 10 million shrs O/S fd First payment due on agreement approval $100,000US and $500,000US 3,500 DD program must be complete within 6 mos of approval. If they don't hit big with the small drill program they will again require some severe dilution. PFGs high sulphidation project Cofradia also had some great showings on surface but when drilling started nothing showed up. I'd appreciate if you could provide names of the geos who are saying this has potential for 6 mill ozs and if any analysts have reviewed the property as yet. Qd
