but not to worry, the gains are all on paper. they are ephemeral, as todays 'investors' will no doubt have opportunity to find out at some point.

Now Heinz, surely you believe that all these 'investors' can all get out at the bid...

... all at the same time ...

... at the top?

I think its time for a MDD post count chart, coming soon.

Cheers
Michael

The Market...
**************
Excellent cautionary comments about the market...

I don't subscribe to the "No Price Is Too High" club... : >

But I do feel that something is going on here in our economy... Something very similar to what happened when the Railroads began to dominate in the 1800's, and the post WWI factory automation revolution... The Nasdaq is more representative of this type of phenomena than any other index... We have confirmation with the rapid growth of companies like Dell and Microsoft and the Revolution taking place on the internet with the likes of AOL and Yahoo... So, while price might seem out of proportion to historical yardsticks, those very yardsticks are now being re-evaluated... Whether this is just another "It's Different This Time" or the cusp of the way markets react in an information age will be revealed the the months and years to come by market historians... In the meantime, enjoy and prosper... : >
