Assuming that the "propagator down the channel" is a smooth monotonic function, the peak is somewhere at 650MHz. Accounting for propagation time delay, this distribution curve reflects pretty much the Floppermine yield situation at fabs on December-January timeframe, when "yield and splits were great", as per our "reliable" sources on AMD thread.
