Novell: The Final Test.... This will be a test of one thing: ENERGY. We are looking for the right energy, passion, vision, mission and the shear power of white hot fission light among thousands and thousands of individuals worldwide who share our view of how unimaginably GREAT Novell can be. I want to take all this energy, power and light and focus it like a lasar on all that is holding Novell back right now. Some individuals think I'm nuts for trying to transform/catylyze Novell. What interests me is how the shear power of ideas, vision and personal energy can be used to move mountains. If I want to think I can buy and run Novell then so beit. We live in a free country. Anyone of us who wants to step in front of us and start the process of aggregating opinions, sounding out key influence players and investors in this quest is encouraged to do so. Let's make this an example which confirms the unlimited power of why this new medium is growing the way it is: from energy which is comes from the same continuous fission reaction which powers the sun. The sun is purest example of this energy in action: LOVE. As a public company Novell has a mandate to provide an investment value/return to its shareholders. My central point is that over the past year this value has been blatantly sabotaged by some this "taking energy" forces inside Novell which have absolutely NOTHING to do with this Internet energy, Novell's customers or it's partners and investors. For the past year Novell has been dangerously repeating all of its Old fatal steps: closing down, locking out, refracting energy, limiting/restricting information flows. I want to part of a massive crusade of investors, vendors, customers and indivduals who want to realize Novell's true potential. I want to unlock this potential. I want to light a match and start a fission reaction. I want to be part of a process which shows others how this can be done simply by the collective, concentrated force of good energies from INDIVIDUALS. The Internet's power comes NOT from companies, but INDIVIDUALS. Novell has technology which WILL light a match on this next wave of the Internet which will be powered by INDIVIDUALS and COMMUNITIES. I don't want Novell to continue to hide in the corner as it tries to keep this technology for just select corporate clients. The world of individuals should be all over Novell's directory technologies. The world needs to hear and see and feel the evangelical power of the energy which individuals can begin to feel and understand when they become more proactively aware of the power they have to form, support, thread, lead, help and structure communities of trust. For when it comes to communities on the net today all we have DOT.COM spaggetti bowls of confusion today. All these platforms and communities are going to have to talk with every other platform. For there are NO complete walls on the net. If I want to be part of some community, that community has the right to trust me enough to allow me to become a member. But let's get back to the focus: Let's all work together to TRANSFORM/CATALYZE Novell. Being part of a transformational process which catalyzes positive change is the equivalent to buying out Novell. Let's all join ranks and get this job done: NOW!! It can happen silently, sight unseen. None of us needs to lift a finger. The stock price should become more active for this is the natural effect when more energy is focused on something. For more energy creates more meaning and with every increase in meaning we naturally encourage more and more people to share their cards. As more people share their cards we have more information and data. More information and data raises the chance that more people will be encouraged to extend more trust and take risk to take action which drives change. All the world needs is for more people to become aware of the simple yet vast potential we all have to become transformational catalysts which start fission reactions which create energy which creats positive change which can move mountains. Remember Einsteins equation: E (energy) = m(mass X c(speed of light squared) And Todd Siler's equivalent: M(meaning) = i(information) X t(transformations) All we are doing is saying that we can start a fission reaction which can light a fire outside and inside Novell which can move a mountain. Novell may seem like an unmovable mountain. But I believe we can all turn this mountain completely upside down. We are all in this together. Let's all work together to make this happen.
