Insiders are bailing and they flood more cheap shares(~$4) and warrants (exercise at $6.875) for $8.6 mil. This company is VERY desperate. Only a POS company does a secondary for more than a 50% haircut from market prices. You can view this pop to 14 as a great shorting opp, averaging up here.
