Chris I sort of jumped the gun yesterday in a rage of blind excitement...<ggg> Now to get the story straight, the link I posted at the SDWSF thread was to a form S-8 filing which outlines employee incentive options not a Nasdaq application. On that note several reliable posters spoke directly with the exchange and were told that Sideware had indeed made an application for the big board. I think this information was being kept under wraps until the PP was finalized...however the exchange is required to answer such direct questions. I have had a phone conversation with someone who spoke to the exchange and they answered the direct question of whether Sideware had applied in the affirmative. Things will become much clearer next week. I believe it to be true, however there is no referencable link. I'd recommend anyone who has doubts to call the exchange. Until a NR is issued it may be a good time to pick up shares before the masses find out. BNTI should follow suit Chris. :) Next week may be fun.
