LG, the points brought up are known issues, but unfortunate the laws are not enforced. The so called transparency and free markets are out of the window for several years now and all has to do with this administration.

Have you thinking about the fact that a White House attorney will unexpected take his life without a motive? At top of his career .........yea very very strange

Tell me who your friends are and I tell who you are.

Many times I pointed to the fact that since Rubin entered this administration, he got an attentive ear from a person who lies, cheats and inclined to walk on treacherous ways to get to power.

Remember you can make $100,000 and more, from $1000 in one year just by reading the WSJ. Over his 8 years term he has done more damage long term than any one before him.

The social disparity is staggering and it will get worse. In a way reminds me of an episode from "Back to the Future" wen history was changed. Only those speculators and VC's bailing out now profited handsomely.

In a way I wish the existing laws would be enforced, but they are not and collusion is rampant.

PALM IPO is a great example .... see who the underwriters are.....and see the rules of an IPO and the underwrites responsibilities.

It is strange that they took such a harsh stance against Drexel Burnham and Mike Milken (the previous employer of Abby Cohen) and they do nothing about the big firms today.

LG:

There was a great article on the front right column (and continued within) in yesterdays WSJ about NITE and its' admitted trading ahead. I was taken aback at the open public admission of such acts.
