Hi Russett. It seems my bleating about taxes struck a resonant chord in you! No snow here but it's been raining almost continuously for three months. With my crude rain gauge, I've measured over 50cm already this summer. As I'm sure you've seen on TV, all the water has ended up in Mozambique flooding out the poor unfortunates there. It seems the days of nice weather in summer, here, are over. Used to be nice and dry days here, with rain in the evening, now it's subtropical, almost monsoon-like. Yep, the world she is a-changing.
