Everyone here should also send compliants to the SEC. Use a title on your e-mail such as, "X-STREAM (XSNI) UNFAIR TREATMENT OF U.S. SHAREHOLDERS"

Focus not on the fact the price is too low or unfair, but that NON-US shareholders are receiving great benefit, as are US-directors, but US SHAREHOLDERS of the same class are being victimized here.

Management would have accepted .50 if it meant being aboard the IPO; shareholders of the same class must receive fair value.

The SEC can be reached by sending e-mail to the Office of Investor Education and Assistance at help@sec.gov or the Division of Enforcement at enforcement@sec.gov.

Or write to:

Securities and Exchange Commission
Office of Investor Education & Assistance
450 Fifth Street, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20549- 0213

If you have seen a potential on-line investment fraud, you may want to use the Enforcement Complaint Center.
To reach your state securities regulator, call the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) at (202) 737-0900 or visit their website

Just when I thought the mystery was over, it gets 10 times worse!
Some thoughts on this mess????
If anyone has a relative in France or England get your shares into their name asap..
If Canada is included we could do a communal share registry here. Set it up in a Canadian's name in trust for whoever.
Transfer all the shares into an account to get the IPO shares for the US shareholders. I'd be happy to look into it if anyone wants after we find out if Canada is included.
It sounds like a bit of a hassle if someone only has a few shares, but if a person had a lot they may want to think about this.
PeteW states there was a deadline for shareholders of record on the day of the NR but I have not seen any mention of this. Not that I would put it past them at this point.
The buying activity though says that there is no record date yet! If in fact it is insider's buying.
I'm going to get my daughter to read the Liberty Surf prospectus for me it's in French.
I was told by X-Stream we will receive the details of the offer 6 days after the NR. Another thing the NR says a portion of the public shares can be converted.
Some at RB mention XSNI being rolled into another delaware Corp. Anyone see something about this anywhere?
Without seeing this offer how do we know if we should buy or sell?
