Warning signs of a market crash. The time to get my orders filled slowly shortens from 1 hour to 5 min where it holds for a week while people are indecisive and volumes slow down and then gradualy lenthens again as panic and volume picks back up. A couple of weeks ago I felt we were going to see a pullback that coincided with a rise in the price of gold due to the sting of Ashanti going under their 10 million oz short. We saw a pull back but the banks bailed out Ashanti because of their fear of what would happen if they didn't. Being wrong about my prediction cost me about $150 as I sat in Kinross for two weeks with a buy at 2.91 and a sell at 2.89 so I never got burnt but the biggest thing is I missed most of the hot action in the market during this time with the likes of VEN and SNW.A happening. Good luck with the Oil. I wish I had enough money to play both. bk
