CB--Help...I don't get it.

I counted about 52 odd "pension" plans. Is that all there is?

I find it hard to believe...I'm stunned...This is far, far fewer than when I was a tax-law specialist. It was only about six years ago when getting a call re: a defined benefit plan was rare...now it must be like getting a call from an extinct species or what we'd call "the grave."

Can you give me the url where you began your search on the 10k Wizard?

TIA

No doubt the demise of the "denfined benefit plan" and the rise of the 401k mutual fund based retirement plan over the years explains a great deal of the market's behavior.
